The Operating System for Campus Infrastructure.
"Payefy is a financial infrastructure provider dedicated to digitizing the university economy. Born from the Faculty of Computing at FUOYE, we bridge the gap between institutional administration and student financial life."
The genesis of Payefy lies in a high-stakes administrative challenge. In early 2026, Majeed Abdulwali, serving as the Faculty Governor of Computing at FUOYE, was tasked with aggregating GST project fees for institutional remittance.
Relying on legacy peer-to-peer transfers and manual screenshot verification revealed a catastrophic systemic vulnerability. The lack of a "Trustless Verification Layer" led to administrative delays and financial discrepancies caused by manipulated digital records.
Payefy was engineered to solve this. We realized that institutions need more than a bank account; they need a System. A system that verifies transactions in real-time and provides an immutable ledger for students, executives, and university management.
Payefy is engineered by the brightest minds within the Faculty of Computing and theNigerian Association of Computing Students (NACOS).
Our team includes the creators of Pulsar CBT, the university's leading exam infrastructure. We apply that same engineering rigor—high concurrency and zero downtime—to institutional payments.
Payefy is building the Financial Identity for the modern African student through core pillars:
Receipts are generated via unique hashes, making forgery impossible.
Instant, audit-ready financial statements for faculty executives.
Distributed node architecture ensuring 99.9% campus uptime.
Cryptographically secured ledgers for student payment history.
Our legal and compliance teams are available to address your specific institutional inquiries.
