Master Service Agreement governing Payefy usage.
Majeed Allied Industries Limited (operating as Payefy) is strictly an Educational Technology (EdTech) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider.
Payefy is NOT a bank, a Payment Solution Service Provider (PSSP), nor a Mobile Money Operator (MMO). We do not hold depository funds, nor do we issue banking infrastructure. All digital payment collections and settlements provided as features within our software are legally facilitated entirely by our duly licensed third-party acquiring partners operating under the regulations of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
By accessing the Payefy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If accessing our software on behalf of a University Faculty, Department, or Student Union, you legally represent that you have the administrative authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
Payefy is an enterprise tool for legitimate institutional administration. Users strictly agree not to use the software for academic malpractice, extortion, bribery, or any illegal campus activities. Violation results in immediate account termination, IP ban, and reporting to the University Security Unit and relevant authorities.
