To provide specialized institutional software services, we collect:
A. Identity Data: Full Legal Name, Matriculation Number, Faculty, Email Address, and Phone Number for account verification.
B. Interaction Data: Platform usage history, voting logs (via Aegis), and receipt generation logs.
We do not store bank card PINs or CVVs. All monetary transactions are processed securely via our CBN-licensed acquiring partners.
All Nigerian student data is hosted on secure servers with strict domestic compliance. Institutional data is retained for the duration of the student's academic lifecycle plus 2 years for alumni verification and clearance auditing.
